Landlord Classes
The Fannie Mae Landlord Class is accepted by MassHousing and Mass Housing Partnership for Landlord education. The certificate is earned upon successful completion of reading the course materials, completing the final exam and individual counseling session.
Steps to completing the program are:

Register
If you have a multifamily pre-approval or accepted offer, schedule counseling appointment, register for the program and pay the $75 counseling session fee.

Download Materials
Access to the course materials is granted in your registration confirmation email.

Take Quiz
Read the course materials and take the quiz.
4
Certification
Meet with a counselor on Zoom and receive your signed certificate to distribute to the appropriate organizations.
Online Counseling Sessions
Our counseling sessions are held online using Zoom. You can access your session by computer, smartphone or tablet.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Your quiz must be completed with a passing grade before your counseling appointment.
