Landlord Classes
The Fannie Mae Landlord Class is accepted by MassHousing, Mass Housing Partnership and fulfills the requirement for Fannie Mae and HUD Landlord education. The certificate is earned upon successful completion of reading the course materials, completing the final exam and individual counseling session.
Certificates will be provided upon confirmation of having a home under agreement.
Steps to completing the program are:

If you are thinking of buying a multifamily, have a multifamily pre-approval or accepted offer, register for the landlord certificate course and pay the $75 fee.

ATTEND BOTH sessions (makeup dates will be shared at a later date)
Our Fall Cohort will be October 19th and 26th from 6:30-9p each night.
You must attend both sessions to obtain your graduation notice.

Certification
Once you have a home under contract, schedule and pay $25 for your 1-on-1 meeting with a counselor on Zoom and receive your signed certificate to distribute to the appropriate organizations.

Have a closing before our class completion date?
Email us at info@money-classes.com if you have a closing sooner than October 27th, 2026. (You will need to provide a copy of your purchase and sales agreement).
Please note the total cost is $100 to receive your certificate.
Online Counseling Sessions
Our counseling sessions are held online using Zoom. You can access your session by computer, smartphone or tablet.
